Usage Directions / Dosage
Keep frozen. Microwave: For proper food safety and quality, follow these cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers promptly. 1. For microwaves with a metal rack, please remove rack. 2. Place unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. 3. Microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 140 degrees F. Microwave cook times were based on 1100 watt microwaves). Microwave ovens vary in power; cooking time may be outside this range. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. 4. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with red dots and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour and enjoy! Stovetop: 1. Pour contents of bag and 1 cup water into saucepan. 2. Bring water and rice to a boil over High heat; reduce heat; reduce heat to Medium. 3. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 140 degrees F. Microwave cook times were based on 1100 watt microwaves). 4. Drain and serve.
